This is a combined review from several travelers on this tour (53 people traveled). We really hope we can help someone!
Europe is magnificent, no doubt, but what was on the tour from 05/01/2013 to 05/07/2013 can be called the training of special agents for endurance and patience.
The head of the group Alexandra did not communicate with the group, nothing was provided about the countries, cities, currency and transport where we were going. Technical stops along the way were not planned in advance, for a group of 53 people - 10 minutes for a stop, and at the gas station there was a toilet for one “seat” ... Our First Neoplan bus left Kyiv with a faulty air suspension tank. The bus was not jammed for a day!!! A day to the Hungarian border, where the Hungarians forced him to turn off the engine. As a result, in 15 minutes the bus sat on the "belly" and when it started up, starting off, it caught the bottom of the inspection hole of the Hungarians and broke something. And in Lviv, the bus drove along narrow streets .... as a result, on the second floor, the windshield of the sign and the lantern hanging in the middle of the narrow street were broken, the crack grew every hour in different directions. The bus drivers also turned out to be “not a gift” and stood in the wrong lane when crossing the border. And the group spent 5 hours under the Hungarian border. As a result of all this, we arrived in Budapest with a huge delay, and all excursions were like a race, as soon as the whole group reached the guide, she was already running to the next object. Excursions planned for Budapest, due to lack of time, not all took place. People had to choose where they would go and where not. Then transfer to Vienna. And everything is the same again, no toilets, no information about where and why we are going, being late, steeplechase in Vienna, no free time.
Moving to Prague. In Europe, they counted 7 passages through a red light! by our drivers, then the “Drivers” of the bus could not enter Prague for 1.5 hours. 3 times they could not get off the bridge correctly, and neither the road signs nor the autonavigator could help them in this.!!! Hotel in Prague "Diamond" - creepy. She does not pull not only 3 *, but rather a rooming house. (On the website of this hotel, false photos are provided - the rooms are just not like that in reality). It is cold, damp, a terrible smell, blankets, pillows in incomprehensible stains, breakfast is conditional, the buffet resembles feeding for the homeless (paper sausages, bread, muesli, and so on every day, and not everyone had enough sausages). For sausages it was necessary to "hunt" well, the top of everything, this is what it was necessary to hunt for boiling water!
Further from the surprises it turned out that half of the sightseeing objects are closed or are under reconstruction. At the entrance to Dresden, our bus broke down. On this, we said goodbye to him and his drivers, the bus was never repaired.
Another bus was sent for us from Ukraine, and on the last day we were forced to check out of the hotel before 8:00 in the morning! And we'll be there until 7:00 pm! wandered around Prague waiting for this bus. Exhausted by endless walking, tired and hungry, most of them have already run out of money for food and toilets ... some just sat on benches for several hours, unable to walk anymore ...
And the races began on the highways back to Ukraine. Let's hurry up. On the way, he is stopped by the police for non-payment of tolls on the autobahn. We lose another 50 minutes for disassembly. We arrive at the Polish border only at 7 am (instead of 22:00-23:00 yesterday evening). As it turned out, the leader of the group's visa ended yesterday. We spend 3 hours, but our leader is not allowed to go… the Poles take her away with her belongings. And then we are already going to Kyiv ourselves. Drivers fall asleep from fatigue, thus creating emergency situations (driving into the oncoming lane when turning, 2 times they almost caught up with a passenger bus and a truck), but that's nothing. !!!!!!!!!! DRIVERS so as not to waste time on stops 2 times CHANGED places right ON THE GO of the bus, without stopping, at breakneck speed. We thought that we would never get to Kyiv. We drove for 5 hours without any stops, no toilets, no food, nothing, and there were both children and elderly people in the group. But the drivers didn't care, because they were late for the next round. "Thank you" for this "Alliance". We will never do business with you again and will not recommend to anyone. ALLIANCE beware!
