In August 2016, we sent a booking request for MEDIN VUKO 4*/3* (Petrovac) RO STUDIO / 2 ADL, a French (double) bed was a separate obligatory condition for booking. We made an advance payment of 50% of the total amount, but this hotel was not confirmed to us, but offered the only alternative - BRAJIC *** (Budva) RO FIX DBL / 2 ADL. In the tourist service contract, the room category was also fixed as DBL. →

I want to share my impressions of ALF's trip to Bulgaria - we were accompanied by Irina, who was rude, inattentive, unkind, does not fulfill her functional duties, namely, she did not distribute garbage bags, she had to be stored in the pockets of bus seats, in by order forbade all passengers to leave through the front door !!! Allegedly, we will interfere with drivers !!! Passengers who had cigarettes (more than two packs) "advised" - "I don't know what you want to do with them, if you want, smoke everything cigarettes in front of the border, if you want, throw it away, I don’t care (literally) x years (again, from the words of the escort and information from the bus tickets) Also, in an orderly tone, she “recommended” everyone to go to the toilet without exception, because the bus will not stop at all designated parking lots !! not trying to help in solving problems that arose along the way (passengers in Izmail were late for 20 minutes, due to the fault of the tour operator, as he named the wrong gas station for boarding the bus) and so, the accompanying Irina was going to leave without waiting for 3 people (it’s good that she did not)) She did not inform about the time of moving from one stop to the next. →

I do not recommend taking their buses. We went a month ago by Kiev bus to Bulgaria. The bus was, as it were, designed for children: if you are under 2 meters tall and weigh about 100 kg, then this bus is not for you - you simply will not fit in these small gaps between the seats. True, it should be noted that the staff: drivers and accompanying professional level. →

Terribly incompetent company. We bought air tickets from them, the dates of departure and arrival turned out to be inconsistent with the booked ones, no one even deigned to inform about the change in the schedule of arrival in Montenegro, no one even cared that everything had already been paid for and agreed in another country. As a result, we suffered huge losses and never again in our lives will we apply to any travel agency for air tickets. →

Dear tourists! Be careful! Do not repeat our mistake and never use the services of the ALF tour operator! The most terrible carrier! The buses are old, they break on the roads, and the employees are not professionals and boors. Especially the guide named Marianna spoke boorishly to the passengers, slept at customs, lost her passports, that she could not find an hour . →

Inspired by a trip to Mayevka by car in the Carpathians, we nevertheless decided to go a little further. Until this year, I had never traveled by bus or car before. For me, long trips on such vehicles are a nightmare. It’s better to fly a plane quickly or sleep the night on a train. But sitting in one place in a car or bus for about 20 hours - well, no . →

My wife and I ordered a tour to Montenegro after the wedding, from 16.08.14-23-08.14 from the operator Alf. When choosing a villa, the manager Valya told how lucky we were that we chose with. Rafailovici and Villa Meduza (4 stars) with breakfast, in fact, Medusa is 3. We also paid 80 euros extra for staying in a room with sea access. The hotel and stay (including the weather) were on top, but the move is a living hell. It all started in Kyiv near the South Station.
