The child was sent through the travel agency Almaris (Odessa) to a children's camp in Bulgaria. We booked in advance (min. 2 weeks in advance), signed an agreement with the Supersnab camp (Balchik), paid for everything ... And upon arrival it turned out that there were NO PLACES in the camp! As a result, the child was placed in a neighboring camp - with worse conditions, much further from the sea, cheaper (but they are not going to refund the difference). All demands to fulfill the terms of the contract are answered that if there are places, they will do something.
