We found this agency by chance on the Internet - just a search engine gave out among the first (before that, they used the services of only acquaintances or operators recommended by acquaintances).
They took a risk and made no mistake. The guys are professionals, responsible, knowledgeable, pleasant in communication. We booked a short pre-Christmas tour to the Czech Republic. Prices were the lowest in Kyiv. The tour included flights, transfers, hotel accommodation with breakfast and a sightseeing tour. Then we learned that you can order additionally all sorts of excursions (which can be ordered on the spot, but the price does not differ significantly - we decided that it would be more convenient to pay for everything here than to change crowns through euros later).
All stages of the journey passed without a single failure. Registration of visas, obtaining documents, flight, meeting at the airport, transfer, settlement, excursions, return transfer. The host party acted clearly both in terms of time and quality of services. We are very satisfied. Now we recommend to all our friends.
