Excellent organization of medical tour

ALIEV, thank you very much from me, my husband and daughter for organizing a medical tour to Karlovy Vary from 01/04/18 to 01/19/18.

I recommend this operator to everyone who is going to go to the Czech Republic.

We had a difficult case, many people were involved, I was looking for a tour operator, my daughter financed this trip from London, my daughter's friend was the link with Abbas in Kyiv, since my husband and I live in the Dnepropetrovsk region.

I was looking for a tour operator on the Internet. My first phone call was to Abbas, he very promptly sent me a list of hotels in Karlovy Vary with prices. In addition to the tour operator Abbas Aliyev, I called at least 10 travel agencies looking for cheaper and more reliable tours. To be honest, I was a little alarmed that Abbas had the lowest prices, I was afraid of deception, but my fears turned out to be groundless. Special thanks to Abbas for his patience and endurance while working with us.

Everything went well in the Czech Republic. At the airport in Prague, we were met with a sign by a representative of the TERMA TRAVEL company, and together with my husband (there was no one else) we were taken by car to Karlovy Vary to the very door of the Imperial Hotel. The day before departure, we were informed at what time they would come for us and they took us back in the same way. The distance from the airport to the hotel is approximately 120 km, the travel time took no more than 1 hour 20 minutes.

We were also very lucky with the hotel, instead of the Villa Hofman 3 * building, we were accommodated at no extra charge in the main Imperial 4 * building.

We were satisfied with everything - organization, rest, treatment, excursions
