They ruined an expensive trip for us. In 2 hotels (las vegas and orlando) settled, because. the American partners took pity and paid for them at their own peril and risk.

In the third (in Miami), no one wants to pay, and we live here for another 12 days .... My wife had a birthday on the day she did not check into the hotel .... The director of the Alena Club company (Alena Rossovskaya) was all the same.

The director of the company turned on the “fool”, despite the fact that we paid for the entire tour back in October (2 months before the start of the trip) and a week before the trip she personally assured us that there would be no surprises and everything along the tour route was paid for a long time ago.

The host (operator in the USA) gave us an official letter on company letterhead, certified by a seal, that not a cent was transferred for our trip despite repeated appeals to managers and directly to the director of Alena Club

We dream to get to Kyiv as soon as possible....
