satisfied with the trip

The tour "Weekend in Prague and Dresden" was ordered by the Ternopil travel agency "Velvet-KL" 5 weeks before the trip. Manager Lyudmila told and explained everything. In a week they collected all the documents and paid for the tour. Ten days before the trip, Lyudmila called back and told us to get ready for the trip, and the visa was opened. In Velvet we saw an information sheet where everything was written: the program of the tour, who meets where and where, phones, important information. In the morning, on the day of the trip, the caller called back and found out some more information. We were met by the leader of the group Bohdana Manik near the bus, who again handed out another informant to all the tourists. I will not write about the whole trip, but I will say that all 34 tourists were satisfied with almost all. The bus is clean and comfortable, the drivers are friendly, the hotel is better than it should be, the guides in Prague and Dresden are competent. Special thanks to Bogdana for the organization!

We stopped every three hours at gas stations, where there are free toilets and where you can eat. Along the way, the group marveled at the films offered by the director. My husband and I plan to go with this company again. I am very sympathetic to those tourists who were unlucky. Our family travels a lot and we also got into similar situations, but this time everything was at a high level. Exhausted by the road, but happy with the trip as a whole! We returned only on April 11, 2011.
