impression of Algol

Recently returned from the tour "Elegant Paris". In general, everything was not bad, but there was enough dissatisfaction.

Firstly, the bus ..... passengers kneeled against the front seat (and this is during night crossings), the stove is poorly adjusted or broken: when the passengers sitting in front died from the heat, the passengers sitting behind covered themselves with warm blankets.

Secondly, night crossings .... there should be one, but it turned out almost 3. i.e. We arrived at the hotel at 2-3 am.

Thirdly, the price of an excursion at Algol does not always correspond to the price of an excursion at the place of its passage. Take, for example, a terrarium ... a ticket costs 2 times less than they charged us. and Versailles! Whether you like it or not, you have to get to Versailles and pay 15 euros for it. but no one says that getting there by local train + metro costs about 5 euros. and in general, from Versailles to Munich we went through Paris. There was another situation: when moving to Munich, we stood in a traffic jam for 2 hours, therefore, due to force majeure, we had to pay 2 euros each to get to the excursion by local transport in the morning. Deal in is, that bus must defend 9 hours necessarily. we were offered a choice: either we do not go on an excursion and wait until the bus leaves its 9 hours, or we go on our own. I believe that it was not our fault that force majeure occurred, so the responsibility should have fallen on the travel agency.

It may seem to you that all the little things, but the little things make an impression. and we went on tour not to enrich the leaders of the group)
