Tour "Blitz Prague and Vienna" in February is my second trip with Algol. The first time I went in June last year to Krakow with the leader of the group Dasha. This time it was Natasha Jack. As for the first time, so this time the leader is a young girl, energetic, prepared for informative trips. At the beginning of the tour, she gave us information about the countries and souvenirs from the visited countries, and mini dictionaries in Czech and German (which was very useful in cafes and shops).
And now briefly about the tour itself: the first day is a night trip to the Czech Republic through Poland. Such a program is designed for the weekend, therefore, without a night in any way. We arrived in Prague in the morning, immediately organized a two-hour walking tour. After her, I bought an additional boat trip in Algol - as I worked up an appetite and was tired, I didn’t have the strength to wander around the city. I saw Prague from the side of the Vltava River, I was fascinated by the embankments of this city. Accompanied by Natasha, we went by metro to a hotel called Fortuna West - by the way, the hotel is not bad, well-deserved three stars and not far from the metro.
3rd day transfer to Vienna 300 km. On arrival also a sightseeing tour. Then free time until the evening. The obligatory item was to try coffee and strudel. Natasha advised me to go to the Rosenberger cafe, right next to the opera. There, this delicacy cost me 7 euros (such prices in Vienna). In my free time, I visited the Albertinum Museum, where there was just an exhibition of expressionists.
They returned home through Budapest, but did not pass it by. Algol offers a boat trip through the night city. Thanks to Algol for taking this nuance into account when writing this tour and giving us the opportunity to see Budapest. Necessarily!!! you have to go for this walk. I have never seen such illumination of the city.
I wish your company success. I'll go again.
