With Algol to Bulgaria? You should not do this.

Only Algol carried (or carried?) Tourists all the way to the south of Bulgaria, to Tsarevo - this was the reason for our choice of carrier.

At first, everything seemed normal, because we booked a trip more than a month before it. They chose (!) Wonderful places back and forth, counted the money, everything was fine - they applied for visas.

First, the fare rose by 10 euros. Although to this day on the site it is 50 Euros.

Later some "services" were added - another plus 20 euros. Although the site to this day says "In the case of booking travel or travel package (travel + accommodation), the company's services for visa support are not paid!"

Later, in the documents, it was described as a kind of "tourist information services", which no one felt. For some reason.

In short, in the end, the trip was the most expensive of all offers on the market. And probably the most unsuccessful.

"Pleasant" began with boarding an old shabby bus - our wonderful places were scattered throughout the bus! And this despite the fact that there are small and very small children in the group ... Then it was fun - the drivers did not know the road, looked for stops, made mistakes, waited for an hour and a half for some employees who had to be taken somewhere (with a bus full of tired people!), got into minor (Thank God!) accidents, repaired the bus, asked tourists in the middle of the night to get out and push (!!!) the bus to get started, looked for workshops, broke the windshield, and finally transferred us to another bus. ..

All this can be called accidental.

But on the way back we were waiting for the same thing!

The most fun was when the bus suddenly ran out of fuel, even for the drivers, right in the middle of the field - and the driver with the canister walked 3 kilometers to the gas station, then we went to the gas station, refueling - no one stuttered about the stop for people ... border - again some problems (on the bus), already in Ukraine we were transferred to another bus ...

In the department of Algol, which deals with Bulgaria, there are obvious problems with everything imaginable and the most unfortunate logistics imaginable.

People were dropped off on detours, in the most remote places of resorts and simply said "Try to call a taxi here and call them the name of the hotel - you will be taken away. Maybe."

I recommend to try the service of the company to real scoops who missed the real Soviet "Travel and Excursion Bureau".

I hope that I will never feel such a "luxurious" service again.
