Weekend in Krakow

We went on the weekend (August 24-August 27, 2012) to Poland from the tour operator "ALGOL". Weekend tour with the name "Weekend in Krakow". Read reviews on the internet about the tour operator, more negative than positive. Accordingly, we were upset, but the tour was booked, and we went :)))) The meeting at the railway station went smoothly, on time and without any complaints. Boarding the bus is comfortable, clean at the same level. Negative reviews from the Internet are gradually starting to fly out of my head, and the positive, on the contrary, is gaining strength. :)))) The leader of the group is Yura Gorchevich (responsible, friendly, with humor, which is very good on such trips, helping and answering all our questions, up to the translation of the menu in the hotel restaurant from Polish into Russian.) More such leaders Groups and probably negative reviews would not exist then. Crossing the border and here is "HELLO KRAKOW". In Krakow, the guide was Barbara, and in Wieliczka, Larisa. Very good and knowledgeable tour guides. I will not describe the tour, because you have to visit it yourself and feel it all (atmosphere, nature and greatness of another country). As we say, "it's better to see once than hear a hundred times." The hotel had Fero express -3 * (for a triple it’s just super- and the rooms, and the buffet, and the night :)))) We were very satisfied with the tour, next time we will definitely choose "ALGOL", and we hope that the group leader will GORCHEVICH YURA :))) The only thing is that I don’t understand why people write so much negativity, it makes it very difficult to decide on the choice of a tour operator. Do not be afraid and travel more with the tour operator "ALGOL"
