This travel agency does not behave correctly with its customers!
I was going to the tour with acquaintances, but the embassy did not give me a visa. The travel agency initially said that it would return 100% of the funds within 3 days, but I still have not received them, but said that it will return only 50% (and more than 20 days have passed). I do not advise anyone to deal with this company! And what kind of company that does not deal with visas, although it takes 10 € for a visa.
