So, let's begin:

1. What is written on their website is never true. Do you think you will invest in the amount that is announced, but never - this is the price indicated only for bus travel, accommodation in the KILLED hotel itself (without heating, soap, shampoo;), and a couple of excursions that you may not get at all.

On Buses: there are not many complaints about buses, but still, if the trip is long, then the bus will be good, for example, Italy, France, Spain, the Benelux countries. But if the near abroad, then 50 to 50, they can give a normal bus, or they can stuff 50 people into a forty-seater. And do not be surprised if you wake up in some village, because the driver saves on the autobahn by driving around the villages, why come to the city by 8 00, if you can arrive by 14 00, skip the sightseeing tour, which is included in the price and breakfast.

For hotels: for more than 4 years of cooperation with Algol, there were no big complaints about the hotels, but the fact that over the past year they set up our tourists with hotels three times. The fact that the hotel is located 30 km from the city, they somehow forget to remind about it, but oh well, we will be healthier. But when the guide from the bus responsibly declares that in Italy they don’t feed well and get croissants and yogurt for breakfast hmm .... but where is my breakfast that I paid for, the guide just keeps silent and runs away. Cool next - the croissants are expired and covered with blossoms. After the scandal, they still boiled eggs and made sandwiches (what if they don’t quarrel and give a ride). I am silent about leaky ceilings in the rooms, this is a gift from the company.

On excursions: they have a special relationship with excursions, since they make good money on them. I give examples: the Louvre in Paris costs 8 (euro), at Algol it costs 30 (euro), the Vatican 12 (euro), at Algol 35 (euro), the Doge's Palace 8 euros, at Algol 25. This can be done indefinitely, but the point is You understand - the tourist on whom they did not earn money is bad.

About the guides: qualified, knowledgeable guides left them a year ago, so don't be surprised if the question: what is this or what kind of city is this, the guide starts fumbling in pieces of paper or simply ignores you - just a storehouse of information and cynicism.

If upon arrival in Ukraine you expect to complain to someone or somewhere, then I advise you to send a petition to the tourism committee or leave your feedback on the forums.

It makes no sense to complain to the director of Algol O. Dobrovolsky, since he himself oversees and covers it. By the way, he covers not only his employees, but also dissatisfied tourists, only with rudeness - and assures that they are guilty themselves, and his agency has fulfilled all obligations. From personal communication with this miracle director, I realized that shielding himself, he is able to step over all the facets of ethics, insults, lies.

About Algol: A company that has no responsibility to anyone other than an office and a dozen hired workers cannot be competitive in the tourism industry.
