Perfectly organized and optimally designed tour 'The Majesty of Rome'

We went on a bus tour with a large company, not the first time on a bus tour, but the first time with Algol. Before that, every time we traveled with another well-known Lviv travel agency. This time we stopped at Algol, because. firstly, I liked the tour itself, and secondly, our travel agent assured that this travel agency is very reliable and proven more than once. They took a risk and did not regret it.

1. The tour is compiled and calculated very competently. When compiling the route, transfers, visiting different cities with walking tours and relaxing in hotels optimally alternate. A big plus for those who developed the route - long journeys and long distances were absolutely not felt, because. many excursions were planned on the tour, we went a lot, and when moving, we just rested, which was by the way and not strained.

2. On such trips, the accompanying person is very important - competent, organized, erudite, who will rally and manage to organize 40 people so that no one gets lost and is not late for the meeting point and departure. We were lucky, our guide was Roman Matusets. A great sense of humor, the ability to relax the group in time during a difficult journey with funny stories from the life of tourists))))) And how much useful and interesting information we learned about the cities and countries we visited !!!! Roma is just a storehouse of knowledge and a little man who knows how to tell interesting things about everything and captivate with his story. Very positive, educated and friendly. In one person and a professional in his field and just a great person. Well-chosen video and audio materials are also the merit of Roma. Thanks to the travel agency for such employees.

An important point is how the leader settles tourists in the hotel. It's not just important, it's hyper important. If you went on excursions all day, and then another 4 or even 5 hours driving to the hotel, quickly check in and relax is the dream of any tourist. So. You are just getting your suitcase out of the trunk of the bus, and Roma is already at the hotel reception with the keys in his hands. Check-in did not take time at all .... We moved a lot, changed 8 hotels. And so it was in all cases. So Roma respect in everything, and especially in this matter.

3. No less important is the vehicle itself, because the bus for the duration of the tour becomes almost a second home. And here we are lucky. Clean, comfortable, everything was on time - and they always left on schedule and technical stops were in place. Our drivers always knew exactly where is the best place to stay, so that the price and quality match. A big hello to our drivers Leon and Pavel Ivanovich, wonderful people who love their work and do it very professionally.

4. The work of Algol's office should also be noted. We did not get on the bus with the whole group in Lviv, but sat down in Chop, it was more convenient for us from Kyiv. So, representatives of Algol called us more than once, clarified the place and time, made sure that we were there, etc. Thank you so much for such a responsible attitude and customer care.

Of course, when we get together for the next round, first of all we will look for something interesting from Algol. And they have plenty to choose from.
