tour from 30. 12-03. 01. 2012 Poland (Kraow-Zakopane) - Slovakia (Besenova, Kosice). Impressions are rather positive. I will describe the tour in reviews about travel, but here is only an assessment of the tour operator. The Ukrainian-speaking leader was a little annoying, but the attitude towards Russian-speaking tourists is normal. In Lvov met on time, but!. Departure time from Lvov varied-8. 30(on site),9. 30 in the information sheet, 9.00 in fact. like a trifle. but when you consider that people take well. e. tickets, focusing on this time, such tricks are not needed. The same with a tour of Lviv (a gift from the company on the day of departure) Until the very arrival in Lviv, we did not know whether it would be, at what time, etc. At least approximately, this must be reported, because we are. We took tickets home in advance and did not get on the tour (although we could leave half a day later), which we regretted. The head of the group is Prots Irina. I tried, well done. But I would like more information along the way - it is necessary that the leader periodically announces when the next stop is, where it will be, when we will eat, when only to the toilet, etc. All sorts of little things are not thought out very much. we coped, but one would have thought that people who traveled by train for a day, a day in a bus, a day on excursions should go to the supermarket to even buy bread and napkins. We didn't have any stops. so at least they suggested where it can be done! On the last day (before the night moving home) we arrived in Kosice late and the tour was from 20.00 to 21.30. And at 22.15 it was ordered to be in the bus. in 45 minutes you won’t have time to just run from the place where the tour ended to the bus, not to mention having a bite to eat somewhere or go to the toilet. These are all trifles, of course, but on bus tours, which are not easy anyway, this is all a little annoying. principle score 4 on a 5 point scale.
