The biggest thing that confused me was leaving at 5 am. We asked why it was so early - because it takes a long time to get there. As a result, we were taken away from the station only at 5:30 on a completely uncomfortable bus for 8 people and taken to Ternopil for transfer to a tourist bus. In Ternopil we waited 2.5 hours for a bus. We moved and finally went to Bulgaria. I want to note that we were promised a direct transfer at the travel agency, without any transfers.
On the way to Sunny Beach, we stopped twice for 1-2 hours, because "we arrived at our destination early."
Thank God that the staff at the hotel was friendly and caring - we were accommodated earlier (around 8 am) without any complaints.
By the way, we have never seen a guide from a travel agency. And even when I needed a doctor's help and needed to go to the hospital, we looked for it all on our own.
