Used the services of this tour company twice this year and will never again. Since the first and second time the service was at the lowest level. During my first trip, the bus was supposed to arrive at 22:00 in Lviv. Actually arrived at 02:25. ALL THIS TIME PEOPLE STANDED AT THE STATION WAITING FOR A MIRACLE!!!! There is nothing to offer to sit down somewhere, although the inconvenience was on the part of the company. Well, I thought that the first pancake is lumpy - it happens. Took booked a second trip 2 months after the first. for the summer on 06/22/2013 tour to Italy. Paid at the beginning of the 4th month. Everything was great and good. Segona 05/17/2013 - they called and said we did not gather a group, you are not going anywhere. Firstly, why did they wait 2 months, why didn’t they say right away. People take vacations at work, plan something. When I called Algol itself - the girl answered me, we do not communicate with "people" only with travel agents. What service are you talking about??? I will never use this shit company again :)
