In general, I liked the tour, a negative impression of the bus

For the first time we traveled by bus tour, the tour operator and the ticket were chosen by the daughter. In general, the impressions were good - a rich, interesting tour program, wonderful excursions (special thanks to the guide Elena from Vienna). Big smart head of the group - Tokarskaya Ilonna. This small, fragile girl is a very good organizer, thanks to her everything went according to schedule, none of the 50 people got lost, no one was late. Bus drivers are professionals, tactful and pleasant people. The hotel was also good. Everything, now about the negative. Just a terrible bus, not at all adapted for long and night journeys! All the same "Prikvrpatsky Express" state number 80-20! . We were stuffed like sprats into a jar, the rows of seats are very close to each other, there is absolutely nowhere to stretch our legs (even with a small stature!). I'm already silent about the non-working toilet and the lack of water (boiling water)! It's terrible - to transport such a large number of people in such conditions! I think that the management of the travel agency should create decent conditions for their customers, because there is an alternative in the service market and many potential customers may be missing.
