To Bulgaria with Algol

When choosing a travel agency for a trip to Bulgaria, I re-read the reviews - they mostly write about negative impressions. Therefore, I decided that upon my return I would write as objectively as possible.

I chose Algol. In particular, also because she is one of the few who organizes a trip right up to the city of Sozopol (on the Pomorie-Sozopol section, two tourist groups are combined into one bus).

In the office of the company on the street. Copernicus, paperwork and visa processing went without delay, the manager was very helpful, sympathetic and patiently answered all questions.

Transfer Lviv-Bulgaria: when boarding, it turned out that the location of the seats on the bus did not correspond to the expected (ordered), because a different type of bus was served. In our case, this did not cause any problems because there were enough empty seats and everyone was arranged as comfortably as possible on the bus. On the way there were minor ... not even breakdowns, but troubleshooting. They arrived at their destination on time, despite a 5-hour delay (the company had nothing to do with it) at the borders. Coffee / tea on the way, sanitary stops with detailed instructions - it's all right.

Transfer Bulgaria-Lviv: the bus was served without delay, there were no breakdowns on the way, and even both borders were passed in 40 minutes. The bus was completely full, but the location of the seats was exactly as ordered. No comments to the service, only the air conditioner worked somehow somewhat unevenly.

Thus, I had no complaints, I was satisfied with everything. The only thing I would like is that the managers of the travel agency could know exactly in advance the type of bus that "will carry me."
