Only one, not even a bus, like we had a chance to go on a sightseeing trip. The guide was good, she gave all the information, the superintendent was wonderful. Everything was worthy of me, but I was satisfied with everything.. →

It is unlikely that it will be possible to briefly tell about the journey of "Superlitz Dresden and Prague". Acquaintance. I'll start with the fact that the meeting with a group of tourists and the guide was announced in the evening the day before the trip, although as reported - left a voice message where nothing is heard. I'm not proud - I called myself, but I had to wait a bit for an answer (they didn't pick up the phone right away) 4 years before the start. →

Went the second time with Algol. A very good tour, but really tiring, I would have stretched it for 9 days, but for 7 days, as it is in the program, I certainly did not regret going. I was pleasantly surprised by the bus: a new German one with pleasant drivers. Also special thanks for our accompanying Yulechka, a very pleasant and smart girl, always ready to help. →

Good travel agency. Traveled with her several times: Italy, Hungary, Poland, Latvia, Sweden. Everything - from the moment of booking to the trip itself, excursions and accompaniment, everything was organized clearly. →

Disgusting trip, rudeness of drivers and attendants. Drivers took their relatives with them, placed them in the front seats, behaved inappropriately. In general, they organized the rest for themselves as best they could. I do not advise anyone and wish this company to close as soon as possible - this is a shame in the service sector. →

This is not the first time we go on tour with students with Algol. The last two: "German Tale" and "Weekend in Salzburg and Vienna" were very well organized, without any complaints or problems. I will tell about the last: on the first having struck the bus - new, pure, comfortable. Drivers-5+ !. Many thanks to the leader of the group, Mariana, who took care of the skin, provided comprehensive information, included thematic films, told a lot, and did everything to make our holiday wonderful. →

They planned to go to Budapest for their daughter's birthday, but in the end they postponed the trip to Christmas days. Tour "Blitz Budapest and Vienna" (01/05 - 01/08/2018) was chosen based on the convenience of the program and low cost. We have already been to Vienna several times, so we did not go there. The goal was Budapest, they made their own program in advance, they almost didn’t take electives, so I can’t say anything about them. →

We went on a tour of Prague, Dresden, Vienna in November. All was good. Comfortable bus with polite drivers and the ability to charge phones. Adequate guide Ilona with good organizational skills. Disciplined group of 35 people. Good clean hotel in Prague with hearty breakfasts. Good weather. It turned out that in Europe the climate is warmer and milder than ours. →

We used the services of this travel agency - a two-day tour to Budapest for the New Year. The impression was not bad, in general, adequate value for money, and everything was fine until the head of the group Irina Serbenyuk forgot to pick us up from the place she indicated. We arrived in advance, she changed the meeting place at the last minute. On their own in a foreign city they reached a changed point, waited 2 hours. →

The leader of the group (accompanying) Vera did not give us information about what country we were in, whether we crossed the border, etc. She also could not express her thoughts. Schoolchildren from Rivne were traveling with us. Behaved very noisy (to put it mildly) and arrogantly. Faith did not react to this disgrace in any way. A blitz tour with night crossings is already hard to endure, and the behavior of children aggravated this situation even more. →
