I do not recommend! Parents bought vouchers for a bus tour to the Netherlands, Lithuania, Denmark. Departure from Odessa to Lvov on 15.08, and 16.08 in the morning directly from the train to the bus. Documents for a visa were submitted at the end of May. On the evening of August 14, at about seven in the evening, a company representative calls and says that parents should be in Kyiv on August 15 and pick up documents from the Lithuanian embassy. And let them get there as they want, that's their problem. They do not want to return the money, this is force majeure with them. And how can you trust this company after something like that??? A ticket costs 30 thousand hryvnia. Never again will we use the services of this tour operator and we will tell everywhere what a disgusting service and attitude towards our customers!
