It all started with the fact that we were confronted with the fact two days before the tour that the bus leaves for the tour at 5-30 in the morning from Lviv, where we have already bought a ticket for the train, which arrives at 6-30, i.e. an hour later, (it is not possible to change tickets for an earlier departure due to lack of free seats) the travel agent assured that this is normal, they will wait for us or we can catch up with the bus by taxi in Lviv. We also discussed this issue with the guide, everyone was aware of it! As a result, we caught up with the bus to the border, we were not even waited 30 minutes. due to the absence of a queue at the border, the Bus with tourists began to pass control without us! The guide said to pass the border on his own and without insurance, showing his absolute incompetence and indifference. said not to tell the border guard that we are tourists who have fallen behind on the tour!!!! suspicious, isn't it???? he refused to recognize us as tourists who were catching up with the tour at the border, offered to get into the nearest car and pass the border on our own, after which, if the gap in time will catch up with the tour on a hitchhike in Poland or go to check into a hotel that was our first on the program. given the fact that we were already at the border at that moment. And he offered to return to the border area and do it on our own. We were shocked, we have never seen such indifference and incompetence!!! They called the Accord tour, they told us that it was our fault and did not begin to talk to us !!! They offered to resolve all issues with the tour operator. As a result, we RETURNED HOME, incurred a lot of expenses, and gave the office $ 450 as a gift. This office does not value its reputation and customers!
