a tourist is just a bag of money for them. no words!

I went with Accord for the second time and only because I liked the program of the tour to Paris, which was canceled for no reason a few days before departure! No one compensated for the cost of tickets, the booked hotel and the lost vacation, at least with an apology.

Rebooked for a tour to Italy, refused to return the difference in price.

Terminal A: flea market, 1 toilet for several thousand people, rudeness of an Accord worker.

The guide's incompetence, irresponsibility and just a pig's attitude towards tourists on the part of Accord. Help with the luggage did not wait.

Bus: most of the seats are faulty, several times on the way it could not start, they were constantly waiting.

There were many embarrassing moments along the way. But even the Accord Tour failed to spoil the impression of Italy.

I am not campaigning to buy tours from other companies, I just recommend reading reviews not only on the Accord website. My review was deleted, so I posted here.

I wish you all pleasant travels and that such "wonderful" companies as the Accord-tour do not spoil your mood and impressions of the countries.
