I would like to warn and save all Russians and all Russians of Ukraine from mistakes. Do not use the services of the tour operator "Accord-tour". We traveled in September 2012 in Ukraine. Our tour was called "Only miracles and nothing more." Accompanying group Kotylo Galina. In our group, in addition to tourists from Russian-speaking Ukraine, there were many Russians. Despite the very good organization of excursions, excellent accommodation and a comfortable bus with a reliable and calm driver, during the tour there is a dismissive attitude towards all Russian-speaking people and the Russian language.

In our group, for the promised excursions in Russian (when buying a ticket, the Russian language was guaranteed), we had to fight every moment. Outcome: - The "gift" from the company in Lviv turned out to be absolutely gray. The city, which is famous for its history and architecture, did not impress. A tour of Ternopil raised the question at all - why was this city included in the program?

The most favorable impression from Chernivtsi and Kamenetz-Podolsky. Both the cities and the culture of all the guides who presented the material were highly appreciated.

A good impression of the presented material in Zbarazh. It was difficult for the guide to speak Russian, but as a professional and a person who loves his land, he made a great tour of the castle.

In Pochaev, almost the entire group fled to other guides who conducted excursions in Russian. To our request to conduct an excursion in Russian, the guide said that it was categorically forbidden for him to conduct an excursion in Russian, our guide. This, by and large, already resembles the usual persecution of Russians and Ukrainians living in Russian-speaking regions.

Question to the leaders of the travel agency: - why don't you say that all your excursions are conducted only in Ukrainian? Publish this information and everyone who does not know Ukrainian will not contact your services. Respect your customers, because your well-being depends entirely on their number. With such an attitude towards people, very soon you will have to travel in splendid isolation, because the inhabitants of the nearby areas have long been familiar with your routes. They are of interest only to people from the eastern and southern regions of Ukraine and Russians, and they will turn away from you, because Russian is their native language for them. Or you work not for tourists, but for yourself, and put at the forefront of everything not a story about the delights of this region, but a Ukrainian language course. Believe me, after this journey, this language did not become dearer and more beloved (you won’t be forced to be nice).

The vacation was ruined, it's a pity, because the itinerary program itself was interesting, and it just had to be presented in the way your company guaranteed, just in the language of most sightseers.
