Impressions and mood were spoiled. Accord squeezes money from tourists to the maximum. This is our second trip with the Accord and the last one! The tour started on August 15th.

The bus - from the very beginning there are a lot of prohibitions on the part of drivers: you can’t use the mesh pocket in front of you, because. it stretches and costs 25 euros. You can’t even eat cookies on the bus, because. drivers then use their nails to collect crumbs on the bus (Accord, give the driver a vacuum cleaner).

It is clear that the first day on the road. Food supplies have run out, but we continue to stop in the wasteland near the toilets, because. You can't stop at a restaurant with a full meal! Accord does not allow!!! It can be imported to places strictly permitted by the chord. As a result, most of the bus was hungry and angry.

Accord's task was to cram as many excursions as possible. In Budapest boat ride 40 minutes 26 euros + champagne. We independently found out that it is possible to buy a group daily ticket for public transport (there were 3 of us - ticket vending machines have Russian language) for 3300 forints (330 UAH), and ride for an unlimited time on ANY public transport, including a municipal boat (we rode around 2.5-3h) and selling drinks inside. And don't spend 26 euros. We were settled in the Oekotel three-star hotel at 23:00, which was located 10-11 km from Budapest. The hotel administration is open until 22:00, after which there is no one and the reception is locked. There is no one to solve the problems that have arisen. Room: refrigerator, air conditioner, hair dryer, safe, no clothes hangers. There were disposable plastic cups for toothbrushes. The shower cabin and the seams are covered with fungus. Toilet paper started! At night, 5 people sleeping in different rooms were robbed!

In Vienna we liked Stenbrunn but the tour was galloping. In our free time, we returned to the castle on our own to take a walk and look around. In the same place in Vienna, the Hotel Hoffinger (which also did not correspond to three stars) had another theft! In the hotel itself! I'm not saying that there were not enough towels, there was no hair dryer in a three-star hotel. The girls' room was not cleaned at all. Cockroaches are running. The trash bin was not removed upon check-in.

Many of the tourists went on the “Alpine Symphony” excursion paying 61 euros, but they were not warned that the road to the lakes in the bus was 7 hours, on the lakes themselves 40 minutes and back on the road 7 hours to Vienna. The people were outraged and dissatisfied.

Miskolc-Tapolce were in the baths, I liked it.

Tokaj - excursion to the cellars with wine tasting and goulash for 18 euros. Goulash! This is a nightmare, not goulash. Anyone who knows what goulash is will understand. They offered red peppered water and bread for money.

They did not warn that nothing was open on Sunday, not even grocery stores. As a result, they didn’t buy food on the way back and returned to Ukraine hungry. There was an opportunity to stop in Tokai at a food preparation fair, but we were driven past after a “delicious goulash”. Despite the fact that those who did not go on the tour were also unable to visit places with food.

Upon arrival in Ukraine, instead of starting at the railway station, they drove to the terminal, stood for 20-30 minutes. Apparently in order to still leave money in their cafe.

We learned that the drivers who drove us the whole tour (the return trip was about 10 hours, we arrived at the terminal at 23:00, and at the station at 24:00) had to leave in 4 hours for a new tour!!! The question is brewing - if we take into account that drivers need to service the bus before leaving (remove, refuel, check the technical condition), then how much time do they have to rest in order to safely drive passengers? If the difference between tours is 4 hours?!!!! Based on this, it becomes clear why the chord bus flew off the track, which resulted in 4 deaths, following through Poland to Vienna!

Think before choosing a tour operator!
