For 2.5 months they could not get a visa. Although it was promised that the visa is their concern. I found out that the tour would not take place already on the way from Dnepropetrovsk to Lviv. They did not return all the money for the tour, although the trip did not take place due to their fault. I don't recommend this tour company.
