organization is very bad

Our tour #191 - Krakow-Prague-Dresden. The impressions from the trip and from the cities are wonderful, but the organization. Our company representative assured us that we would be at terminal A at 24 o'clock, so we took a train ticket for 02.53. But alas ...

At first, they began to impose paid excursions, to put it mildly, on us. Obviously, the maintainer has some percentage of this. The last paid excursion to the city of Olmouc (10 euros) was on the day of departure. The attendant did not react to our worries about being late for the train, apparently, he did not care. We were supposed to arrive in Olmouc at 11.00 and leave at 13.00. As a result, we arrived at 13.00 and left at 15.00. We have already openly talked about being late, there was no reaction. We arrived at the border at 23.10, ahead of FIVE (!!!!) buses, we are the sixth. So what??? We stood at the border for more than four hours. We arrived at the station about six. The entire bus, except for six people, missed their trains. NO talk of a refund or even help getting new tickets. Just dropped off at the station - and that's it!!! They were forced to buy tickets for a train of increased comfort, there were no others. That is, 240 hryvnia missing tickets + 769 hryvnia new + 10 euros for an excursion that was not needed that day.

They say that a negative experience is also an experience. The conclusion is made: no more contact with the Accord-tour travel agency. Painfully expensive experience turns out.
