don't ride with Accord tour

We bought a Summer positive tour to Bulgaria in July 2014 from Odessa. . I have never written reviews and have always been guided by the fact that people will write a bad review faster than a good one. But still I decided to write, because. we all have short holidays and once a year, respectively, and the memories of the trip will be with you for a whole year. I will not write about hotels and food, all this is very subjective, the hotel is on average normal, the food is on average normal (the exception is our tourists from the western regions, with a complete inability to behave decently, understanding etiquette and behavior in public places, laying full plates, half food from which they were never eaten, well, God bless them, because these are not claims against the company ......).

Now point by point:

1. Border crossing: we arrived at the border at 12 am and left the border at 6 am. We spent 6 hours at the empty border. Yes, there were 3 of them, but this is one border crossing with three borders: Ukraine, Moldova, Romania. As our leader named Anatoly explained to us, they are fighting corruption and the border guards want to get money from the bus, but they, as true fighters against corruption, will not give them money. In this connection, the border guards played phones, etc. in general, they did everything they wanted, but they just didn’t deal with passing the bus across the border. That's all well and good, but where are the tourists?????? After standing for so many hours at the border, we were ready to chip in ourselves, only to let the bus out. The price of the question, by the way, was 10 euros !!!!! The Accord company did not have 10 euros, so as not to spoil their own tourists' vacation ....

2. Finally, when we left the border, and because it was already morning and people began to ask to eat and drink coffee, wash their faces and go to the toilet, we were brought to the gas station. But what can you buy if there is no Romanian money, there is no exchanger and no one takes dollars and euros? I understand that if it was a regular bus Odessa-Varna, and this is a sightseeing tour, they take into account that people need to go to the toilet, that people just want to have breakfast and drink coffee !!!!! and for this at least Romanian money is needed.

3. Having left Odessa at 18:00, we arrived in Sunny Beach only at 14:00. The journey took 18 hours in total. Without breakfast (we were with a child 8 years old !!!!!!!!), we gnawed the last cookies and drank the last water. "We went to rest, it's called"

4. Hotel/food are subjective things, so they can be averaged by a phrase - an average of 4-.

5. Now the most important thing began to happen on the day before departure. The group leader came to us and said that we would not leave at 9:00, as it is written in the tour program, but at 14:00. We were indignant, because. On this day, the Accord tour was scheduled to move to Romania and a sightseeing tour of Bucharest, the Palace of Parliament, etc. We were told that all this would be on the trail. day. Those. Sinai, Bran and Brasov (these are all separate cities with their own attractions) and plus moving between them along serpentines, and Bucharest and Parliament were added to this. And all in one day. We insisted on leaving at 9:00, as it was in the tour program, but Accord does tricky things, they give a bus and we are not heading towards Bucharest, as it should be, but towards Constanta towards the bus from Odessa with the next group of the tour , i.e. we make a detour of 300 km. With a bus speed of 70 km.h, instead of just driving from Sunny Beach to Bucharest 300 km, and in 4.5 hours to be in Bucharest, we go 4.5. hour to Constanta, and then from Constanta another 300 km to Bucharest, i.e. another 4.5. hours. Again without food, calm stops for need. All stops were already after when people were indignant. The attitude was just bestial!!!!! At 19-20 hours we started a sightseeing tour of Bucharest. And when we were eventually settled at the hotel at 22:00, it was finally time to eat and everyone ran to the nearest cafe to at least have a bite to eat. My child is not exhausted, but from such a "rest" an adult already howls like a wolf.

6. And on the very last day there were Parliament, Peles Castle, Dracula's Castle, Brasov.

It was just awful. Such beautiful places and just in some kind of gallop. Again, with no time allotted for lunch, people were already asking for at least 5 minutes to go to the toilet and buy Shawarma in a stall and a bottle of water. We had only 30 minutes to the last city of Brasov. We were told that you need 30 minutes or go to the store (buy groceries on the road, because it will take 18 hours to go again) or go see the city.

Here we had such a "vacation" with the Accord tour company. I travel with various tour operators, including bus sightseeing tours and have been to many countries, but I have never had a worse trip than this trip. If you respect yourself, don't go! This trip taught me a lot. Before entrusting your vacation to a company, carefully select a tour operator. This was my first and last trip with the Accord!!!!!
