WEEKEND IN EUROPE Misunderstandings began from the very beginning. when they brought us to Terminal A. they immediately saw us. that it was done to extort money. (cafes. bars.. free only toilet) On the second day in Prague. There was a free sightseeing tour. and then optional. who wanted booked excursions. and who is not. I was just walking around Prague!! From the excursion, the boat trip along the Vltava was delayed for 30 minutes (it is not known for what reason) we ran headlong. group leader Khristina Khomik left the group and ran ahead of everyone. said "Catch up." naturally left later. blaming the tourists. in Gyor (Hungary) to the hotel. On the third day . when they began to gather in Vienna. It revealed . that who did not book excursions in Vienna. does not go to Vienna!!!!! but stays in Gyor and spends his free time there. walking around the city of Gyor. And why then on a WEEKEND IN EUROPE they write visiting three capitals? It would be more correct to write Lvov-Prague-Gyor-Budapest-lions. . Vienna turned out optional (paid) on any side. . That's how they threw tourists !!! Then from Vienna they came to Gyor for them. picked up and went to Budapest. arrived already dark. Free short tour of the center and a quick boat trip on the Danube (paid) At that time it was raining. everyone got wet. . and when we got on the bus to go on the next tour of Budapest from Mount Gellert. the group that did not book the tour. refused to get off the bus. because they are wet and have nowhere to go at night. (naturally) then the group leader canceled this tour for everyone. and blamed the tourists. As a result, we practically did not see Budapest. We arrived in Lviv later than it is written in the info sheet. We were supposed to arrive at terminal A at 9-00. and arrived at 11:00. and they were supposed to arrive at the station at 10-30 and the tourists began to ask. so that they are not taken to Terminal A (for pumping money). and straight to the station. because time is running out. the leader of the group read the long petition. this is a SERVICE Accord tour. it cannot be excluded. and painted from time to time. how much. where and who stayed. (And clarified "I will not point a finger") so the bus arrived later. We were brought to the station at 13:00. . In the end it's all the tourists' fault.. and the company fulfills its obligations!! all over the world "CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!" but in the ACCORD TOUR WRONG!!! Tourists pay them a salary and for this they are like naughty kittens with their noses. . .
