Travel agency: Аккорд-тур Туроператор (Lviv) Service type: экскурсионный тур |
I bought the tour "Her name is Switzerland" from the company "Accord". Very interesting excursions were announced in the program, but this is only on paper. Immediately after leaving Lviv, the guide accompanying our group once again reported the content of the program, all excursions and cheerfully collected money. On the evening of the same day, we were late for 2 planned optional excursions in Zakopane, because we were already there after 10 pm, respectively, everything was already closed. We left on time, there were no delays on the way. Polish customs passed pretty quickly. Accordingly, the person who makes up the tour program at the company knows in advance that it is not feasible even in time. So it was day after day in all countries and cities: at 9 o’clock in the evening the tour was brought to the city of Stam am Rhein, it was dark and it was raining, we were taken to some monument, circled around it, this was the end of the tour, it cost it is 38 euros. The program announced a sightseeing tour of Montreux and Vevey, we spent about 2 hours in Montreux, then passing the Vevey sign along the road, the guide said that these 2 cities had long merged into one and we safely drove on. In Austria, there was a sightseeing tour of Vienna and a VISITING of the palaces on the program, we only got into one, we went around the second one, when the guide said that this palace was not allowed to visit (funny) there was a ticket office and tourists were walking inside. The tour cost 60 euros, as I understand it, they took the money for visiting two palaces. that is, a person does not even bother to come up with something more plausible. The whole tour is made up with small fraudulent tricks. Submission of implausible or embellished information in advance, how to call it. Long unjustified journeys. Sanitary stops were missed several times along the way. In general, the impression of the beauty of what he saw is very erased by the impression of the organization of the tour with the use of some tricks. The young lady accompanying our group always answered our remarks "positively - frostbitten." I wanted to remain silent at first, after all, there are many wonderful impressions from the countries I saw, and then I decided that the more I keep silent, the more such "services with tricks" will be
