Bought the tour "I am delighted - this is Rome" (April 27 - May 3, 2018) not only to admire the beauty of Italy, but also to celebrate her husband's birthday. Unfortunately, the chord tour spoiled the mood at the beginning of the tour, giving us a bus in a state of emergency, which we learned at the border. Below I wrote everything that happened in our tour every day, many tours were canceled, instead of 2 night transfers we had a daily night transfer. Guide Victoria Gavryshchuk is incompetent, this is not her place of work.

1. Arriving at Terminal A, where the tourists boarded the bus, we, the tourists of flight 146, were first invited to the bus, where we checked in with our guide Victoria Gavryshchuk and received luggage stickers from her. But 15 minutes later, the leader of the group informed us about the change of the bus, without explaining what caused the change. The drivers of the provided bus were not dressed in uniform, like all other bus drivers from Terminal A.

The leader of the group in this situation showed inappropriate behavior, throwing his suitcase. The bus was in worse condition than before, the bus will be dirty, and after boarding and leaving the terminal were thrown back, which is unacceptable during night crossings.

2. According to the tour schedule and according to the information letter provided to tourists, on the first day of the tour after crossing the border with Poland must be made to Krakow and provided a sightseeing tour, the cost of which was part of the tourist services. However, as a result of the late border crossing, it was decided to differentiate the tour to maintain the tour schedule of other cities. Guide Victoria Gavrischuk asked tourists to sign a refusal to visit the city of Krakow. As a result of a late border crossing, at 18.00 Ukrainian time, we arrived at the hotel, which was located in the Czech Republic, the city of Brno at 2.

3. While in Vienna, the leader of the group Victoria Gavryshchuk set an hour of the meeting for the further night move at 20.40. Tourists gathered without delay at the specified hour and the bus did not arrive. According to the leader of the group Victoria, it was not possible to contact the drivers. Victoria constantly left the group and ran away, the tourists had to catch up with her to find out at least some information, but Victoria was constantly silent. In the complete absence of specific information about further traffic, the group waited for more than 2 hours on the street near the road, not having the opportunity to even sit down and relax after a busy day. Finally, the bus arrived at 23.05 and according to the drivers, the tourists learned that Victoria had given the wrong coordinates to the drivers for the meeting place, and the driver did not receive any phone calls from the group leader. 05, after spending more than 2 hours searching for the bus, we went to Florence, having a night transfer. Due to a malfunction of the bus in which the thermostat overheated, we were forced to make an emergency stop at about 2 am, where drivers were trying to repair the bus. After standing for about an hour, we went on, but in an hour, about 4 am, we stopped for repairs again and then drove with the stove on, near the incredible heat. Since we covered a distance of only 400 km in 7 hours, the leader of the group Victoria Gavrishchuk decided to change the tour program and go to Venice instead of Florence. We arrived in the suburbs of Venice at 13.20 and according to the program of the tour had to go by bus and boat to Venice, for which we paid 26 euros per person.

But Victoria jumped out of the bus without explaining or assembling the group, without giving contact details to the bus drivers, ran down the street without waiting for the group, we had to catch up with her and find out where we should run. Catching up with her, she said that we were in a hurry to get on the train, although we should take a bus to order. Again, without explaining anything, she ran away, ignoring the fact that most of the group had not even gotten off the bus. After 5 minutes of our run, Victoria turns around and says that we missed the train and have to return to the bus that has already left. So we had to run in the other direction and catch up with our broken bus. Getting on the bus, we went to the Auto Grill, where we boarded a transfer bus and arrived in Venice at 14.00. At 19.06 an Italian bus arrived and took us to Rome. The Ukrainian bus remained for repairs.

We arrived at the hotel in the suburbs of Rome at 2.30 and at 7.30 in the morning we left for the city center by metro. We left the suitcases in the room, which did not even close, that is, the safety of speech could not be discussed. Victoria Gavryshchuk warned that we were going to the hotel at 19.00 and leave at 19.30. Arriving at the hotel at 18.45 and waiting for an hour, Victoria showed up at the hotel at 19.45, 45 minutes late, announced that the bus will be at 22.00. But the bus arrived earlier. It should be noted that the bus that took us to Florence - was a bus "Acor Tour" (bus number - VO 2144 VI, tour - "Everyone from Rome loses his mind") and it contained things and suitcases of other tourists, which speaks of irresponsible the attitude of "Akord-Tour" to tourists, because the things of tourists of that tour could be damaged or stolen.

5. We arrived at the hotel, which was far from Florence, at one o'clock in the morning and left the hotel by bus at 7.30 am.

The leader of the group announced the time of the meeting - 19.20, and arriving at the agreed meeting place, Victoria said that the bus was late and arrived at 22.00, which, of course, outraged the whole group, because everyone was tired of uncomfortable conditions and insufficient time to rest. as buses were always provided with a delay of 2 hours or more of the scheduled hour.

6. As a result of the change in the tour schedule, the previous booking of the hotel in Genoa was canceled, and, according to Victoria Gavrishchuk, she booked a hotel in the center of Genoa, which will allow tourists to walk around the city on their own before the planned tour in Genoa. . from the hotel at 13.50. We arrived at the hotel at 01:30, and at breakfast Victoria gave us information that the bus will arrive at 15.00, and since we were 20 km from Genoa, we had no opportunity to walk on our own. We stayed all day (about 7 hours) in the hotel lobby until 18.

00, when the Italian bus finally arrived. The hotel staff kindly asked us to leave the hotel until 18.00, it was very embarrassing and unpleasant that "Accord Tour" was in no hurry to find a bus for tourists. We arrived in Genoa at about 19.00, where we were given a 15-minute tour, which was a gift from "Acor Tour" for tourists who ruined not only the holiday and the mood, but also the birthday of her husband. At 20.00 we left Genoa and prepared for the night crossing about 1080 km.

7. In Budapest, which was on the route of our tour, we just changed the Italian bus to Hungarian, we did not have a minute of free time, which also disappointed many tourists, including us, because we expected to walk Budapest for at least an hour . Arriving in Eger, we only had 1 hour to walk around the town or just warm up, because we spent more than 20 hours on the bus. and we still had a long way to go to Ukraine.
