Horror in one word. I went with the company for the first time in the summer of 2013 to the sea in Greece, the second in February 2019 (tour "Beautiful Venetian"). That only 2 nights in a hotel with a 5 day tour is one moment. Hotels - simply did not meet the level of 3 stars (in the first only 1 towel per person), and in the other there was not even a buffet. The impression is that the company is just trying to save more on quality. Drivers are a separate topic. Apparently, the tragedy in August 2018 with fatalities did not teach the management responsibility in choosing carriers ... And the forced "walk" for 9 hours in the city, because the bus has to stand up - is also not thought out. If a tourist is ill and has no strength? In short, a great company, I will no longer use its services. That was the last time.
