Let's go on tour 27. 05. 2014 "A short trip. . . . ". Initially, the group was supposed to consist of 30 people, in fact it turned out to be a double-decker bus - 60 people. The meeting was scheduled for 14.30 (some tourists came), a sightseeing tour of Lvov1 was supposed. 5-2 hours, then departure to Bratislava. The tour lasted about an hour, after which we did not go to the border, but returned to the station again, more tourists came up. The bus left for terminal A. Why this was done, it became clear when we arrived at the terminal. This is one big advertisement for a chord tour, and the tourist pays for this advertisement. . . . . We drove to the Slovak border late, the driver did not know the road, he wandered all the time, drove through the airport. By the way, this problem with not knowing the route continued all the way, which significantly reduced the time spent in those countries that were planned to be visited. On excursions held in Bratislava, Prague, Dresden, there were from 30 minutes to 50, those are not 1.5-2 hours, as the chord stated. Check-in at hotels later, which means that you don’t have to count on free time. There was no useful information on the route, the film for the whole journey was put at the end of the trip already on the way back. Sanitary zones were made not after 3 hours as expected, but after 5-6 hours. Now imagine a gas station where 60 people were brought, and there is a working 1st toilet cubicle. . . . . . . . Accord tour company with which you should not work, does not fulfill its obligations.
