We decided to see the Baltics for the "May" (bus tour). The first “surprise” was the discrepancy between the seats that we were provided on the bus with the seats that we were shown on the diagram in the agency and which we booked (in fact, we ended up just opposite the exit, which we tried so hard to avoid when booking). In justification, they said: "well, yes ... the schemes are sometimes different ..."

The bus is old and very untidy: dusty, badly worn, when I threw back the table - there were sticky brown smudges on it (either tea or cola) from previous travelers. For the entire duration of our week-long trip, the bus was never cleaned.

It is very strange, but it seems that neither the guide nor the drivers were guided by which gas stations along the route it is better to stop. More often, the stops were where the women's toilet with one "seat" and a common washbasin with men. Given that there were more women on the tour, of course, there were queues, delays in time and dissatisfaction with the guide. Even somehow humiliating.

The guide is a nice girl and nothing more. During the whole journey, we never heard any interesting stories about the countries of travel, although we spent a lot of time on the bus. After loading onto the bus, we were played some kind of video like “Eagle or Tails”, etc. Collecting loot for additional excursions is “we can”; approach the client and reproach him that it is precisely because of his refusal to go on an additional excursion that there is not enough money for the rest of the group to go - this is “we can” (although we are not in a pioneer camp, what kind of herd collectivism is this, all the same, like adults and we go to rest each for ourselves and based on our capabilities); it’s easy to describe what a wonderful tour operator is, but here’s how to prove yourself as a professional interesting storyteller - here we have a “zilch”. This is not a guide, this is an attendant - nothing more.

A separate “surprise” was when we found out that we would spend 3 nights on the bus (although in the piece of paper given to us describing the tour, the phrase “night crossing” was 1 time). When the group said “thank you” to the guide, she replied that “well, they wrote you the total mileage of the trip, why didn’t you yourself calculate where the night would catch you” and something like “you chose an inexpensive tour - you knew what you were going for.” The night that was supposed to be at the hotel was conditional - we were brought to the hotel at about 3 am! Until the settlement until the shower to take almost 4 nights. At the same time, they demanded to meet at 09.00 the next morning. Only the loudly expressed dissatisfaction of the majority of the group made it possible to extend the morning sleep by 1 hour.

In general, the overall impression is “fu”. Very tedious, boring, messy. The second time I would not spend money or myself on such a service at all.
