guides lose people along the route and do not take into account the time on the road and the arrival of tourists on trains; the attitude is very bad; they don’t even apologize; they impose excursions in which tourists are not interested; but the desired excursions are canceled for unknown reasons - you can’t trust the written tour program !! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Petr Koloskov and Egor Belov-guides; who work in the wrong place; are not competent in many matters !!!!!!!!!! Bad; very bad!!!!!!!!!
