Travel agency: Аккорд-тур Туроператор (Lviv)
Service type: пакетный тур, экскурсионный тур

I was going to go on a tour to Norway for a conference, but the tour was supposed to be an excursion, and the conference was only 1 day out of 10. The travel agency took care of all the paperwork, including visas. To apply for a visa, they said that they needed a bank statement, which they would take centrally for the entire group. As a result, we gave all the documents for a visa, paid for the tour and waited for a visa. Just before the tour (1 day in advance), the travel agency reports that the visa was denied. The money for the tour was returned after half a year. On the visa they said that the reason was not explained. Now, 2 years later, I had to urgently go to Germany. I made a biometric passport, bought air tickets to Dusseldorf from Kyiv, and when passing through passport control, I was taken to the German police, where I was told that I was on the SIS list (the list of suspicious persons of the Schengen zone) and could not enter the Schengen zone until 2020, put back on the same plane and sent to Kyiv. Then I started to find out everything at the Norwegian Embassy in Ukraine, where I was provided with all the documents that were on me for that tour. It turned out that the Norwegian side checked bank statements. The bank confirmed that they are fake. Then Norway gave a week to the travel agency to explain the situation. I was not informed about this. Since Norway did not wait for any response, it automatically placed everyone with certificates on the SIS list for five years. The lawyer I consulted with said that now, even after 2020, I will always have problems when crossing the Schengen area. And this is despite the fact that I previously had Schengen visas. In general, the travel agency said that the employees who were involved in that tour no longer work for them and no one knows anything. In addition to HUGE problems with documents, I also lost 14,000 UAH on tickets to Germany. In general, we can say that they ruined my whole life, since I wanted to leave for Germany for permanent residence in a year. For those who are interested, I can provide all the documents that were given to me at the Norwegian Embassy.
