Everything was sad. On the second day of the tour, the bus broke down on the toll road. They kept me for more than an hour and didn't let me off the bus. Air conditioning off (always saved on it and it was always hot). Spirituality. Later released to the toilet. They promised a new bus in 2 hours. Sat in the sun for 7 hours. Burned out. There is no shop, no food, no walking on the road. After 7 hours, a bus arrived and took me to Prague. Excursions that were included in the price of the tour were not included. As compensation, we were given a free excursion "Ship" at 22:00 ... 05/14/2018, according to the plan, there should be an excursion to the salt mines. They took the money for this and recorded it on the first day (05/07/18). 05/13/18 we are told that they cannot book an excursion there because there are no places. NO SEATS, Carl! I booked a tour half a year in advance and was sure that it was already booked! But no ... it is booked a day in advance, in the evening, despite the fact that the number of applicants was known 7 more days in advance. Now we are dumping money to go to Krakow and take a walk there. Dropping off to the bus stop. No organization. They promised to show a lot of things on excursions, but they never did. I do not recommend.
