Strongly cunning#$%th tour operator.
The site has a very large range of tours (more than 300), but 95% of them do not go anywhere. Closer to the start of the tour, you will receive a notification about 10 excursions (not necessarily to the countries you wanted to). They call this a guaranteed tour.
Since most tourists have already planned a vacation, bought tickets (departure for the tour only from Lviv), they usually collect these 10 tours. We were not lucky - the "guaranteed tour" we chose also did not take place. This time they could not offer an adequate alternative (for a tour of half the duration - they required a significant surcharge)
In the end, they issued a refund.
Three weeks later, no one is in a hurry to return the money!
We will probably decide the case in court.
