For the new year, we went with the Accord to Venice. Everything started out fine. Tour without night crossings, so we weren’t very upset because of the state of the bus - an old neoplan, almost like an ikarus. Well, not the point.

Guide Olga Mashtaler at first glance seemed like a nice girl.

But this did not last long.

Already on the bus, we learned that the transfer would cost 10 euros more than the New Year's tariff, although the information sheet did not contain this information for almost everyone. The whole bus was indignant, but Olga stared at everyone with an absent look and pretended that she did not hear. We were three families and my sister's husband was supposed to join us on the tour later, he flew to Venice by plane. This is where it all started to get interesting. We went to Venice for a long time to celebrate the New Year. According to the tour program, we have 2 days there, in fact we arrived under the chimes.

From 13:00 this our arrival waited in Piazza San Marco and did not go to the hotel because the Accord guide convinced us that we would arrive in Venice by 18:00 in the evening. He decided that it was not worth wandering around looking for a hotel himself, he would wait for us. But I had to wait all day until midnight. We arrived at the hotel first!!! Although it was originally planned that we would immediately go to Venice. From the hotel naked for another hour almost got to Venice itself, because. the hotel was booked for us not in Meste, but on the island of Lido di Jesolo. We rushed there, went on a sightseeing tour and returned back to the hotel by the second hour of the night. In the morning we agreed to sail to Venice - some on excursions, some on their own, but the main condition is that at 7.30 strictly everyone must be near the bus with bags, otherwise then the bags will have to be dragged up the hump because 2 drivers came to rest with their wives and jumped into Venice.

In front of some tourists, the driver defiantly closed the bus and rushed off with wings to rest and celebrate the New Year. We asked Olga for an additional fee to ask the drivers to pick up our bags later from the reception, but she could not get through to them.

We agreed to leave Venice at 2 p.m. But the guide Olga delayed the tourists in Venice and we were waiting for her with almost the entire bus with several people for more than an hour. Upon arrival, she did not even apologize and simply said Good afternoon, to which we all began to hiss at her, since the degree of frostbite went off scale. But we didn't know that this was just the beginning.

On the way back we arrived in Budapest, there was finally a good hotel, we rested, slept and went home. But! not everyone went. We agreed to get on the bus at 12 o'clock, after checking the passengers and finding that 2 women were missing, Olga says - well, all the same went! She didn't even call them! I just dropped everything!

After 10 minutes they called back and Olga mockingly told them that they were late and the bus had left. Although on the way we waited several times for 30-40 minutes for some drunken company from the bus, but she decided to take revenge on ordinary women who did not find the bus. The women came by taxi to the bus and said that we would solve this issue collectively. And the whole bus began to write a collective complaint, which no one dealt with in the future, of course.

And the icing on the cake was that when they arrived at the border, my sister’s husband was told “you didn’t come with us, so get off the bus and cross the border on foot” By the way, the tour was paid 100% without discounts, including travel with Accord .

Well, after a long superechok he got out and went on foot. To which I said that they were all frostbitten - both the chord and the drivers.

And one of the drivers told me bykogansky "you yourself are fucking frostbitten." The whole bus witnessed this, and I also wrote about this in a complaint to Accord, but they don't care.

Customs officers approached the bus and then it turns out that Olga had forgotten people, there were 2 or 3 people missing on the bus. At the border, because of her clicking the scoreboard, we stood for another hour extra.

We couldn’t stand it any more, we started trolling her and saying “Is someone missing?”, to which Olga Mashtaler says “People went ahead without getting ahead”))

Well, you understand, right? If a chord forgets you, then this is called "we saw" we went ahead, not ahead of us.

In general, a hundred ra think before you go with them. Before that, we traveled with them more than once. But we did not meet the New Year very pleasantly. Of course, the beauty of Venice and the impressions that we received blocked all the negativity, but such emotions are not appropriate on vacation.
