Good afternoon.

I want to leave my review about the trip with the Accord-tour "In Amsterdam and Paris ... attracted ... lit up ...", which we went with my wife from 28.05.16. until 06/03/16

The tour itself was very interesting and eventful. Many countries, many sights, and, in principle, a lot of new things. Night journeys, of course, were a little tiring, but this fatigue partially disappears during excursions / walks around the cities. The excursions we were able to visit were generally excellent, and the local guides provided maximum information in the short time we had. But among the positive moments there was also a negative that tourists should know:

1. Departure from Lviv. In the tour program, it was written in black and white that the departure was from Terminal A, but in fact, and this was without warning from the company, the departure was from the railway station. And this despite the fact that on the day of departure, I was also informed in the call center of the company about the departure from Terminal A. “Thanks” to this attitude, some tourists had to urgently rush from Terminal A to the railway station by taxi.

2. Bus. The bus provided by the company is indeed a bus, but not for long trips. Considering the total mileage (and this is more than 4 thousand km), the bus should be comfortable, but we get: the distance between the seats is small (you can’t stretch your legs normally, that is, sleep during night journeys is a big question), the seats are poorly fixed ( and the back and seat were constantly playing), the window frames were dirty, the seats were shabby (obviously, cleaning is done very rarely, if done), and even the TV did not live to see the return to Ukraine and broke down on the last day. The streams were especially amazing!!! from the ceiling of the bus. Is it really normal when you are driving and water is pouring on your head??? Flooded even some of the suitcases in the luggage compartment! And this happened all the time when it was raining (and it was raining often). And that's not all the "comfort" of the bus. Although what can be expected from a bus that is at least 15 years old and its registration in Shepetovka (of course, the issue is not in the city itself, but in the irresponsibility of the owner of the transport, and, as you can see, Accord, does not care about the people who drive it).

3. Accompanying guide and the quality of his work. Our guide during the trip was Alexander Kovbasyuk. He may be a good and cheerful boy, but he is clearly not in his place. You can't be so messy when your actions affect the comfort of the tourists. Inconsistent in their actions. He says one thing, does another... For example, in the Netherlands, instead of dropping people off the bus to settle (and it was already about 12 at night), they decided to take people on the bus for another half an hour, only for the bus from the other side of the hotel to stop at parking. To my remark, Alexander, instead of explaining the situation, began to show his discontent and be rude. But in general, this is a person of mood, if he wants, he can work normally, but he doesn’t always want to ... In general, not professionally ...

4. Hotels. In general, all hotels are normal, except for the hotel in Paris (France Hotel). Its location is really convenient - there is a metro station nearby, but breakfast at the hotel is, as it were, not breakfast. Maybe it's normal (due to local culture) for breakfast in France to have a cup of tea and ? baguette (and that's EVERYTHING!!), but our guide could have warned the day before about such a "hearty" breakfast (for sure, Accord is not the first time booking this hotel) so that you can buy something in advance in the store.

5. Excursions. As I wrote above, the excursions were interesting, thanks to the local guides! But I didn’t like it when, on an excursion to the cheese factory, Alexander did not warn about the pricing policy of the store at this cheese factory. As it turned out later in Amsterdam, in a supermarket, a similar cheese costs 2 !!! times cheaper. But people bought a lot of products!

And finally, after the end of the tour, I left a complaint about the tour at the travel agency, to which I received a response / response only after a month and a half. As they explained to me, the air conditioner was leaking in the bus (!!!), but this is ridiculous, because half the bus was flooded and the seats did not have time to dry ... And about the supposedly positive reviews about Alexander's competence ... at least 12 people were very outraged and could not write positive reviews in any way, since our guide could not solve most of the problems that arose, and there were a lot of them ...

As for the Accord Tour, the organization and quality of the services provided was at a low level. The sediment remains, we will look for alternative options ...

All good and comfortable trips!
