Pretty good company

The tour was bought from a large Kharkov travel agency - "Bronnikova Travel Agency", which left quite a pleasant impression.

I read negative reviews about the "accord" before the trip, and even when on August 21 (and the tickets were for 24 and I had to leave in the morning) my documents with a visa came out of the consulate and before 23, when I received them and the ticket itself, it was like on needles. My documents traveled first from my Kharkov to Lvov to Akkord, then to the Donetsk consulate, and then back - isn't it absurd?

But the trip itself was great. Before departure, I had questions about plane tickets and by phone, indicated in the ticket, everything was explained to me clearly and kindly.

In Prague, the transfer to the hotel and back (meeting party - "4 seasons") was made clearly and smoothly. The excursions I was interested in were paid and did not fit the date (I had my own plans for Prague), and I purchased the excursions on the spot from a local travel agency, for the benefit of Russian-speaking guides, as there are a lot of tourists there.

I had the opportunity to choose a hotel in advance (this is easy on air tours) and was not disappointed.

The only annoying thing is that the tour was called 5 days / 4 nights, but in reality I arrived in Prague at 23.00 (at the hotel at midnight), and I had to leave the hotel at 8 in the morning because the plane was at 11.30. Where, Excuse me, is it 5 days? HAHA! Free evening in Prague! Is it at 1 am? In fact, I was in Prague for 3 days!

But in general - I was satisfied with the trip and the Czechs are also nice normal people.
