Good afternoon. They spent their winter holidays in Warsaw and Paris. As for excursions and spending time in the countries themselves - just wonderful. But that's just everything was overshadowed by the attitude towards tourists of the tour operator. Nobody notified about the postponement of the flight, as a result, an additional payment for tickets (970 euros for 4 people) to arrive in Ukraine at the right time, otherwise deportation threatened. But Accord brazenly lies and says that they have nothing to do with it. Like this? The money was paid on November 20, the airline rescheduled the flight on November 22 and notified Accord, we were supposed to fly back on January 15. Really nobody supervises such questions? What if there was no money? Deportation? And you don't want to answer for anything! Opposite of such services. See you in court.
