Not the first time we go with the Accord. Not always everything was smooth, but lately it's just darkness. Guides, 20-year-old boys and girls, constantly poking at the phone, do not know anything and do not want to answer for anything and delve into anything! They paid for the tour with a tour package of 61 €, in fact, on the tour when the tour package was not used in full for the entire amount, when asked to return the difference, the guide Omelyan Igor freezes in full and says that he was not paid anything and he will not return anything. It’s even hard to call this boy a guide - the company puts the leader of a person who knows absolutely nothing about the countries and cities to which 22 people are being taken! There is no organization with a hotel - they brought them to the hotel indicated in the information sheet, kept people on the street (on the evening of May 2, and as you understand, it’s not summer and not hot), because they refused to let them into the hotel and eventually took them to another place . . . . I have no words . . and the further, the merrier. You are convinced both from personal experience and from the reviews of friends who also travel with Accord that they relaxed very much. We decided that they have been working for 15 years and everything is possible for them. With all the desire and love to travel, I don’t want to travel because of such an attitude. We will look for another operator
