Avoid them!!!

#Accordtour destroys dreams.

Maybe this is how it should be, maybe the Lord saved me and the child from something ... I don’t know this, I know one thing: at that very time, the child and I were supposed to travel around Europe as part of my gift to her - a tour to Prague .

How well everything turned out: 2 months before the birthday (15 years!) of our daughter, we discussed gift options. She said she would like to see Prague. I cannot live without the sea, but for the sake of the child I refused it and ran to book a tour. Great dates: 06/22-26/16, right after the birthday.

Immediately began to collect documents. Of course, we are getting closer to Europe every day, but the package of documents for a visa is getting thicker. Ordering certificates, going to the bank, to the notary, etc. I immediately asked if the child could travel on my passport, they confirmed to me that yes.

And on May 30, Monday, I send documents to #Accord. Nothing to complain about, honestly. And a certificate from work, and an extract from the bank - everything is fine. All powers of attorney, certificates. We are waiting for an invitation to biometrics.

It arrives on 03.06., Friday, and in the evening, around 18:00, I receive the news that it turned out (most importantly, so unexpectedly, after so much time) that the child must have a separate travel document and I must provide it no later than 06.08., i.e. e. next Wednesday, and ahead of 2 days off. I'm not used to giving up, I found an agency that promised to make a children's travel pass for 1 day and 1500 UAH (instead of 450 standard). Again to the notary to draw up consent, to the photographer ...

In general, I already have the document on 7.06. On June 8, I run to #Accord in Kyiv, I hand over the children's document to the representative of this wonderful company Ivanka personally. The document is in an envelope on which are written:

- tour name and dates

- my application number

- names of tourists.

Personally, I tell her what I brought, for what. And I also ask you to pay attention to the fact that my child has graduation certificates on 10.06 in the morning, so we really need to apply at the visa center tomorrow, 09.06.

On the evening of June 8, they call me from #Akkorda and invite me to the visa center for biometrics and submission of documents on June 9 in the morning. I take time off from work in the morning, we go. The same Ivanka comes, invites everyone to go up to the center. I go up to her and say that yesterday I brought a child's document, and I need to sign a new questionnaire (well, these are my duties ...). The response is: Oh...

And then I listen to a lengthy speech about how yesterday she accidentally (!!!!!) sent a child's document to the Lviv office, because they always do this with unidentified documents!!! Remember, I wrote above what was written on the envelope in which I brought the children's travel card? Well, in principle, a professional, preparing the documents of a group for submission, seems to have to check whether everything is there and contact tourists in a timely manner ...

The young lady offers to submit my documents, and my daughters tomorrow. I, clenching my teeth, tell her that we will only serve together. And I remind you that tomorrow the child will receive a certificate ... We were promised that tomorrow we will be the first. Eh... Instead of 10.06. in the morning to restore beauty and calmly and smartly go to school, we urgently rush to the visa center again. This time, though, everything happens quickly, but we ran out of breath to the presentation, slightly smoothing our hair around the corner of the school ...

And so the waiting for the results began ... The term for consideration is 10 days. I thought that as a gift they would call us on June 20 and say that the visas were ready. Did not happen. On June 21, you need to leave Kyiv for Lviv in the evening. Packing my bags, waiting for a call... At 18:00 (!!!!!) they call me and say... Well, in general, here everything collapsed. By 18:00 on June 21, the documents had not come out of the consul. So, on the day of departure of the group from Lviv to Prague, June 22, they will not be there. And there's nothing for us to do either...

Yesterday, 23.06, they called me and said that the documents came out with open visas on 22.06!!!! And they follow some of their unshakable procedures... Attention!!! Sent them to Lviv!!! If they had given me my passports on June 22 in Kyiv, my daughter and I would have managed to go to Krakow for a couple of days so that the visa would not disappear ... But no, the procedure is the same! And I understand that if we had applied on June 9, at our first visit to the visa center, then everyone would have had time and now enjoy the views of Prague ...

And for all this disgrace, they want to withhold 35 euros from me for my visa, 2 times 23 euros for the visa center and ... 11 euros each. From this impudence, I just want to go to Lviv and personally say hello to the leadership of this entire sharazhka office!????????????

The vacation is coming to an end, I, unfortunately, will not have another one until the end of the summer. And I spent it in Kyiv, in a stuffy apartment. Thanks to #Accordtour! The child was left without a long-awaited gift.

Lots of questions!!! So far I can’t formulate them within the framework of censorship ... The deadline for submitting documents on my part gave the Consul an opportunity to calmly consider them and, if necessary, ask me questions ... Why was it necessary to delay the submission? Why was the information given to me in portions and with such a delay? WHY do our documents always leave for Lviv without us???

Friends, be careful when addressing #Accord! I understand that my case is not a pattern, but, judging by the reviews of other tourists, it is not alone!
