Travel agency: Аккорд-тур Туроператор (Lviv) Service type: экскурсионный тур |
We recently returned from the Meet Me Italy! tour, which we went with the Accord tour. And to say that we are not happy is to say nothing. When you go on such a tour, you imagine how calmly you will walk around the cities of Italy, buy souvenirs, eat at local cafes. But the tour was designed to run around the cities. We spent 3 hours in Venice. 2 of which, we ran around the city for a guide. All excursions resembled a jog around the city. To hell with souvenirs, we didn't have time to eat! We had 3 minutes to buy food at expensive gas stations. The tour says "no overnight travel", but we arrived at the hotel at 2am, tired and hungry. In those days when the bus stood up, we could at least sleep. But the days when we traveled by public transport in the morning became the most difficult, as there were 4-5 hours left for sleep.
The last "pleasant" surprise was that we missed the train. The description of the tour indicates the approximate time of arrival in Lviv at 23:00. Our Lviv-Dnepr tickets were for one in the morning. We arrived at 3, and this is taking into account that we did not stop by Eger and only stood at the border for an hour and a half. All the way the guide Maryana and the drivers assured us that we had time. But we did not have time even if we passed the border in a second.
Guide Maryana Vintoniv is a completely different story. When she arrived in Lviv, she told us that we could climb the tower for 15 UAH and "wonder at the dawn of the sky." After a day on the road and squandered train tickets, it just sounded like a mockery. We had a full bus of elderly people with us, they could not go online and buy tickets for themselves, we helped them while the guide sat and smiled. We are younger, we monitored trains and buses. But what's the point if there were no tickets already. Going to the ticket office at the Lviv railway station, we heard that there were no tickets in any direction for the next day (which, in principle, is expected). We could not wait another day, on Monday we had to go to work. We miraculously took tickets to Kyiv, there were only 4 of them, the most expensive for 1000 UAH. They showed up around 4 am. Before that, we ran between trains and begged to be taken at least somewhere. From Kyiv we got to the Dnieper. In total, my husband and friends tickets cost 2500 per person. And this is without taking into account the tickets that we burned out due to being late.
The chord tour is silent. The disregard starts from booking a tour and doesn't end at any stage. For the Accord tour, tourists are just meat with money.
