Lilya Dmitrik is an absolutely unprofessional guide. She didn't solve problems, she created them. It was unpleasant to be on such a tour.
Turned the schedule of excursions as she wanted. Nobody thought about the needs of the guests.
Made my family pay for a tour we refused to go on. Absolutely spat on all the inconveniences that arose during the tour.
Not only was our adult tour connected to a school class, but the excursions were also cancelled.
After 9 hours on the road, instead of bringing everyone to the hotel, this person thought of unloading all the passengers in the center of Krakow and leaving with our things. Like, you have free time. Walk. We begged to be taken to the hotel, in the heat! But no. The bus didn't come for us at the appointed time. Late by 30 minutes.
We drove to the hotel that we were put up for about 2 hours, because the driver did not know the way.
The hotel was located 10 km from the center of Krakow. There was no Wi-Fi, hot water failed - each time I had to go to the reception and ask to adjust the boilers.
On the last day, Lilya several times shifted the time of departure to Ukraine: either departure at 17:00, then at 16:00. She wrote about all the changes late at night (01:30). We had to leave the hotel at 6:30 am. Normal news, right? Nobody cares if you don't check your mail at night.

As a result, everyone had free time before departure. My family and I went to the center to rehabilitate ourselves from a terrible tour with sweets.
