They don't care about the opinions of regular customers

Accord-tour stubbornly in all reviews of tours of the UKRAINIAN DIRECTION tourists write - remove Velyatino (Solotvyno) - it’s disgusting to be there in this unsanitary conditions and a place for breeding fungus - no, they still shove this parody into almost all of their 5-day and longer tours to some thermal springs.

Kosino, you see, it's expensive for them, 300 UAH for 3 hours - and this despite the fact that it is the tourist who pays the money, and not they, so let's bring them to smelly Velyatino - where 25 people will swim in one smelly pool, in which Obviously the water is cleaned less than once a day.

And the most offensive - they do not offer any alternative to those who do not want to go there at all! Well, that's your problem! this is especially offensive in the autumn-winter tours, when, in fact, you can’t go anywhere on your own !!!

I went with Accord to the 5 most famous tours of the Ukrainian direction and I'm going again, on November 1st. But this will be my last time.

After I left an absolutely polite request on the official Accord page to replace Velyatino with Kosino or offer something else (and I’m ready to pay!), explaining this with a fungus in the shower and stale water and a bunch of negative reviews from tourists about Velyatino, I was simply blocked and the comment was removed.

I would not recommend a travel agency to anyone that does not even respect their regular customers!! (and I went on tours 12-13 with them in general, together with European ones), what can we say about new clients. Ukraine is full of alternatives, not worse in quality, use them, don't risk it!

Yes, and guides in the Ukrainian direction from ACCORD - this is how lucky!

There are two good ones, and there are those who are thinking about how to sleep and drink with another beautiful young tourist, I will not name names !!
