The chord tour is awful!!!!

Unfortunately, I have to write my negative review about this tour operator.

I want to note that my husband and I have already traveled with the Accord in 2011 and was satisfied. Therefore, without hesitation, we turned to them again.

Now in order:

We chose the tour back in mid-July, the tour was supposed to take place at the end of August.

A week before the start of the tour, it was announced that it was canceled, explaining that the group did not get enough. Offered other tours on these dates. But we wanted to go on this tour. We were told that this tour was also canceled for the next week, but on September 9 it will be 100%, since more than half of the bus has already accumulated.

And again, a week later, we are informed that the tour was canceled because a group of people who had canceled the tour were supposed to go.

Again they offered a replacement.

This time we agreed to a completely different tour. They even sent out an itinerary. And you won’t believe it: 1 day before departure, we are again informed about the cancellation of the tour, arguing that there was a technical problem at the embassy and the visa was not put in the passport!

And again they offer a replacement tour

It's not funny anymore!!!

I really hope to pick up passports and money, and no longer have to deal with Accord
