Travel agency: Аккорд-тур Туроператор (Lviv) Service type: пакетный тур |
I bought the tour "Prague deja vu" (02.10.05.10) at the travel agency "Kozyrny Tur" (the agency is good, they work quickly and accurately). But the work of the travel company "Accord-tour" shocked.
The first meeting with the coordinator Roman and the group should be at 8:30 at Lviv Railway. And then the first disappointment - the bus did not arrive, people were quite cold, to the question: "Where is the bus?quot;, They heard something like: "I got stuck in a traffic jam." And this is early Sunday morning in Lviv. He arrived only at 10:00. Nobody heard elementary words of apology. The bus with an international flight had neither sockets nor WI-FI, in order to turn on individual lighting or air conditioning, one had to ask the coordinator about a hundred times. Our seats 43 and 44 (in the future) were supposed to be separate pairs and have folding backs (this is important on a long journey), when we got on the bus we saw that these were places in the gallery, and we are not talking about folding backs. Having addressed this to the coordinator, we received an offer to transfer to normal seats with an additional payment of +11 E per seat. Having lifted the contract and "poked his nose" at the head of the group, they received a "gift from the master's shoulder" - normal places.
The work of Terminal-A is not bad, but not cheap either. The prices are very decent. For the first time in my life I paid for 1 liter. boiling water - 20 UAH. Time was wasted irrationally, we spent too much time in this terminal. There was a feeling that the company wants to "launder" even more money on the stay of people in this place.
The tour was 3 nights / 4 days, one night in a hotel near Prague.
From the very beginning, the arrival in the first city - Krakow became the question of the day. Allegedly, there were not enough people for an additional paid excursion. Strange, since the city was in the infolist.
We arrived in Prague at 7 am. Check-in should be after 12, everyone was guided that it would be ok. 13-14:00. But no, the curator announced that the check-in would be at 21:00. To the question: "Why is that?quot;, they heard: "So that you have more time for Prague." From 7 am to 12 noon people were wet and tired. Everyone huddled in cafes, warming themselves with whatever they could. At 21:00 they gathered on the spot. And then another deception. Again there is no bus, late, We got to the hotel approx. 22:30. Hotel Juno is an old 3-star hotel on the outskirts of Prague. Everyone was interested in one thing - the availability of hot water in the room; she was, not that hot, but warm; WI-FI was on the 1st floor, got a little to 2; elevators are slow; the walls are thin; Breakfast is good, though I had to get up at 6.30. In this situation: for 4 days of driving and only 1 incomplete night of spending the night, it was not possible to relax at the hotel.
Leisure activities in Budapest left a negative impression. Only 1 hour fell on this city! It was planned that people could either go for a walk with a boat with champagne, or walk along the embankment on their own. But in the city, the bus stopped at the very end of the embankment (in a free, dirty parking lot), by the same boat. The embankment was left far behind, there was practically no time left for a walk for the second half of the bus. The commercialism of the travel company at that moment just went off scale.
The coordinator Roman is rude, he won't say too much, he doesn't worry about his group at all.
Despite this, the cities left very good impressions. Our tour team was just wonderful. But "Accord-tour" I definitely will not recommend to anyone.
