Terrible travel agency that does not work for customers at all

June 18 with a group of children 18 people and 4 adults went on an excursion "Holy in three days" Unfortunately, "holy" was only one day. and so, in order ... The bus is good, comfortable, a separate THANK YOU to the driver! On the way to Budapest, we were given programs with a choice of excursions. Our group chose Schönbrunn, agreed on everything super. Not having time to arrive in Budapest, we are told that we cannot go there, because there is a concert. Will they find out about him in one day? Does the company really not know even a week in advance that a concert will be held on the territory of the palace ??? There was not much choice and we chose "Great Vision", as the operas offered and musical excursions were not interesting for the children. Upon arrival in Vienna, we were given a sightseeing tour. the guide gave a group of 23 people, 18 of them children, 20 minutes to the bathroom and the supermarket to buy food for the children for lunch. Geographically, it is 10 minutes from each other, and another 15 minutes had to go before meeting with the group at the Great View. Given that there are queues everywhere, naturally we are late. The guide did not call back, did not get through to a single adult from the group., but simply got on the bus and left with the rest ..... 20 people, this is less than half!!! So... We didn't see Vienna, besides, no one wanted to return the money to us (we had to communicate incorrectly and the money was returned to us, one plus) NOOO, we went for the impressions, for the emotions that you experience from the beautiful views of the city. We were deprived of this in Vienna (((And that's not all ... 10 people from the group, the next day, chose the tour "the key to the heart of Budapest." At 9 o'clock a bus was supposed to come for us.

Until 11 o'clock we sat on a bench and waited, as it was very late, again, dear company Accord-tour, you deprived me, and not only me, of what we all went to this "beautiful" tour. For myself, I concluded: the company works for one time, and does not appreciate its customers at all, plans excursions not for people, and also, for those who read this review, just advice. Take an excursion to one place, well, or two days in one and two days in another city. The road Budapest-Vienna-Budapest took a lot of time, and during this time you could see a lot of interesting things in Budapest
